Since our founding in 1986, we have built our company by being client-driven and providing personalized service that is employee and plan member-centric. This approach is the primary reason we have grown into one of Canada’s largest independent benefits administration providers, servicing over one million members from seven locations across Canada.
PBAS is privately owned by four multi-employer benefit trust funds, enabling us to maintain our independence while having the financial strength needed for sustained development and growth. From our two founders and 10 staff in 1987, we have grown to over 160 staff members servicing every major market in Canada. We accomplished that by continually investing in our people, our attention to detail, sound governance and well-documented processes to keep our clients secure.
