We take great pride in offering independent administration, actuarial and group benefits consulting across Canada from seven regional offices, from St. John’s to Vancouver, by over 130 staff members. We have grown into the country’s largest independent provider of benefits administration by continually investing in our people and our rebrand represents this investment by more effectively communicating our company’s vision, values and culture. In the coming months you will see our new brand rolled out through our revamped website, our marketing materials and messages to the market. This new brand identity is just one output of our sustained passion to be the best that we can be.

Since 1986, we have built our company by being client-driven, providing personalized service and staying people-oriented. It’s our people that keep the company going. We know our workforce, we know their goals and understand what drives them. We do our best to help our staff meet their targets and our employee tenure within the PBAS group reflects that. Our people stick around. This year we are very proud to recognize multiple 30-year anniversaries in our staff at all levels of the company.

This brand evolution could not have been undertaken without the continued support of our entire staff. It was important to us to have as many people as possible contributing to the new identity of The PBAS Group and we want the brand to come alive for everyone within the organization, from our staff to our customers.

Our clients have been great supporters in identifying the service-focused elements of our business that really add value for them. Client loyalty is unique to our core business—because we are an independent company we are able to serve our policy holders over any shareholders. It’s our attention to detail, regular governance reviews and our well documented processes that keep our clients satisfied. It’s what sets The PBAS Group apart and how we’ll continue to differentiate ourselves.

This rebrand will help us maintain a competitive advantage, fulfill our brand promise and live up to our company’s values. I hope that our energy, enthusiasm and commitment to deliver can be seen in every element of our rebrand. I want to close by thanking all of our staff, clients and partners for their continued support. Without all of you, the PBAS Group would not be recognized as Canada’s largest independent benefits administrator.

We look forward to continuing working together to meet and surpass your expectations.
